Bench Press: 125/8, 125/8. 125/8
After each set, 10 dead hang pull-ups

Push Jerk from Back
105/3, 95/3. 95/3
Sprint to gate and back after each set
(Note to self, sprinting in weightlifting shoes is a bad idea. Stopping is very hard)

Mini WOD:
20-15-10
Pull-Ups
Squatting Box Jumps
Push-Ups

6:? (I think around 6:20-6:30)
